YouTube videos not working

If your YouTube videos do not work and all you see in the pop up is a gray box, please follow the instructions below.

For the video embed to work you will have to use the normal/full video URL in order for the player to work.

For example you will have to use this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=whQ5GcLN1V4

instead of this

https://youtu.be/whQ5GcLN1V4

or this

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=whQ5GcLN1V4&feature=youtu.be

That will do it.
