I put an iframe facebook like box as widget sidebar on the homepage, its working well when i am connected on facebook.com but since i am disconnected the widget become blank (white : no more like box...)

Hello there Roxane! That has probably something to do with age restrictions set to your facebook page. I'll suppose that since it is a bar, there is a restriction in effect for minors. Since this restriction exists Facebook will not display content to users of which it cannot verify their age i.e. minors and logged out users. You can try modifying the age restriction of your page under the manage permissions tab.
