Hi there thanks for the theme. Unfortunately I am having some issues importing sample content. I follow your documentation:
Click Browse, select the mavika.xml file you extracted earlier and click Upload file and import. It will ask you to import one or more authors. Just assign the posts from all of them to your existing user account by selecting it from the drop down menu. Check the Download and import file attachments. Click Submit.
THEN I GET: Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at [email protected] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
SO I CONTACT BLUEHOST AND SEND THEM THE LINK IN YOUR DOCUMENTATION
they say its an error on your side. TOTALLY LOST AT WHAT I'M SUPPOSED TO BE DOING NOW and NEED TO GET THIS SITE UP AND RUNNING ASAP!
If you need to install sample content I suggest using One Click demo Import plugin.
Importing Sample Content using One Click Import

these are not errors. Make sure you have Woocommerce installed and all recommended plugins in the documentation. When a widget or an item already exist it might throw an error but you can ignore it.

Let me know if this helps.
bluehost have asked if you can provide the server requirements for that theme,
you can check it with the theme provider and we can update the value in php.ini file.
There are no server requirements since each server will behave different.
This is not a theme issue, but rather a WordPress importer problem. This is why we have integrated one click import to avoid any server issues. For more you can check here https://www.cssigniter.com/kb/errors-when-importing-sample-content/
