You can add it in any widget area you wish.We have a reserved footer area though for Instagram
Instagram does not have a sharing option, But you should remove the Google+ Adding this
.list-social-icons li:nth-of-type(3){ display:none; }in your custom CSS box under Customize->Other, since it closed recently.

1) WPML which is probably the best translation plugin available for WordPress. It is a premium plugin which can be found here http://wpml.org/
2) The free alternative is a combination of Polylang and Loco Translate http://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/ & https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ (for theme strings).
